Jakarta: HE President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, met in Jakarta on Monday with HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi to discuss bilateral relations and avenues for enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, HE Al Muraikhi conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and His Highness’s wishes for the President’s continued good health and happiness, as well as further progress and prosperity for the Government and people of Indonesia.
For his part, President Prabowo asked HE the Minister to convey his greetings to HH the Amir, expressing his wishes for His Highness’s good health and happiness and for the State of Qatar to achieve continued progress and development.
The two sides reviewed the close cooperation relations between Qatar and Indonesia and explored ways to further strengthen and expand them across various fields. They also exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest.
