Doha: Qatar’s Orphan Care Center “Dreama” has launched its 2026–2030 strategy, aimed at strengthening care and empowerment programs for orphans. The launch event was held under the patronage of HE Minister of Social Development and Family Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi, and attended by senior officials, partners and supporters.
