Doha – Big 5 Construct Qatar, the country’s premier construction exhibition, alongside INDEX Design Qatar, the dedicated design and fit-out event, will welcome more than 250 exhibitors from over 25 countries at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) from October 14 to 16.
According to a press release issued Tuesday, exhibitors from China, India, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, the UAE, and the United States will take part, underscoring strong international interest in Qatar’s rapidly expanding construction and design market driven by large-scale development opportunities.
The two exhibitions will showcase a wide spectrum of solutions across the construction and design value chain, ranging from advanced digital construction technologies and facilities management to luxury interiors and sustainable design innovations.
By bringing together international suppliers with regional buyers, investors, and decision-makers, Big 5 Construct Qatar and INDEX Design Qatar aim to create a high-value platform for commercial opportunities, strategic partnerships, and participation in Qatar’s growing project pipeline aligned with Qatar National Vision.
Running concurrently with both events, the CPD-certified Big 5 Talks will feature curated sessions and interactive panel discussions addressing key industry challenges and trends. Topics include the International Property Measurement Standard (IPMS), focusing on standardization in project valuation and development, as well as data-driven construction and the use of digital tools to enhance delivery and collaboration.
Meanwhile, INDEX Design Qatar’s INDEX Design Talks will explore emerging trends in the interiors sector through expert-led presentations and discussions. Highlights include the keynote session “Old but Gold – Learning from History and Nature to Build a Sustainable Future” and an AIA Middle East panel discussion titled “Women Shaping Sustainable Futures in Design,” spotlighting female leadership and its impact on sustainable regional projects.
