Doha: Awsaj Academy, part of Qatar Foundation’s Pre-University Education (PUE), celebrated the graduation of 360 students from its Prime Program Class of 2026, marking a significant milestone for learners who overcame academic challenges to complete their secondary education.

The Prime Program, an evening education initiative launched by Awsaj Academy, is designed to support high school students from government and private schools who face difficulties in their educational journeys. Through a flexible and supportive learning environment, the program helps students achieve their academic goals and prepare for higher education and future careers.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Hamza Dhaini, Principal of the Prime Program at Awsaj Academy, described the occasion as a testament to the determination and resilience of the graduates and their families.

“This graduation marks a significant milestone in the lives of our students and their families. It is the result of years of perseverance, hard work, and overcoming challenges,” Dhaini said. “Throughout their time in the program, we have witnessed inspiring stories of growth, resilience, and achievement.”

He noted that many students entered the program facing academic difficulties or learning challenges but were able to make remarkable progress through their determination and the support provided by educators.

Dhaini emphasized that the Prime Program focuses not only on academic development but also on building essential life skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and responsibility. He said this holistic approach equips students with the confidence and independence needed to pursue further education or enter diverse career pathways.

He added that the supportive learning environment enables students to discover their potential, strengthen their self-confidence, and develop greater independence through opportunities to participate, take initiative, and assume responsibility.
