Cityscape Qatar 2025 concluded successfully at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, reaffirming its position as the premier real estate and infrastructure event in the region. Held from 12–14 October 2025, the exhibition brought together government leaders, developers, investors, and industry innovators under the theme “Shaping the Future of Real Estate”, delivering strong commercial outcomes and strategic insights for the sector

Organised under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cityscape Qatar 2025 welcomed more than 16,000 visitors and hosted over 70 local, regional, and international exhibitors. The event served as a central meeting point for high-net-worth buyers, institutional investors, and policymakers, highlighting Qatar’s growing appeal as a stable and attractive real estate market

One of the most notable achievements of this year’s edition was its strong commercial performance. The exhibition generated USD 297 million in total sales, with USD 261 million in local transactions and USD 36 million in international sales, reflecting robust investor confidence and tangible deal-making on the show floor. Developers and brokers reported high-quality leads and strong buyer intent across residential, mixed-use, and investment-focused projects

Cityscape Qatar 2025 also provided a comprehensive snapshot of the evolving real estate ecosystem. With 85% of attendees based in Qatar and a diverse international presence from GCC and global markets, the event successfully balanced local demand with international interest

A major highlight was the 3rd Qatar Real Estate Forum, organised by the General Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat). The three-day forum attracted 1,746 delegates, featured 82 speakers, and maintained a strong C-suite presence, with 90% of attendees at senior leadership level. Discussions focused on regulatory frameworks, PropTech legislation, digital transformation, and the roadmap toward Qatar National Vision 2030. The forum also welcomed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Guest Country, strengthening regional collaboration and knowledge exchange

The event featured an influential line-up of speakers, including H.E. Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiya, Minister of Municipality, and senior representatives from regulatory authorities and leading development groups. Key topics addressed the future prospects of the GCC real estate market, real estate registries, sustainability, and the creation of an integrated real estate ecosystem in Qatar
