Rome: HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, met on Sunday in Rome with Diplomatic Advisor to the Italian Prime Minister, Fabrizio Saggio, to discuss bilateral relations and key regional developments.
The talks focused on strengthening cooperation between Qatar and Italy, alongside ongoing developments in the region, particularly efforts related to the ceasefire between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran and broader initiatives aimed at reducing tensions and promoting regional security and stability.
During the meeting, Dr. Al Khulaifi underscored the depth of the strategic partnership between the two countries and reaffirmed Qatar’s commitment to expanding cooperation into wider areas that serve the mutual interests of both nations.
The discussions also reflected the shared interest of Qatar and Italy in supporting diplomatic solutions and maintaining stability across the region.
