Doha — The 13th edition of Cityscape Qatar 2025 concluded as one of the most impactful real estate gatherings in the Gulf region, bringing together global leaders, investors, policymakers, and industry innovators to explore the future of property development in Qatar and beyond. Held from 14–16 October 2025 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC), the three-day exhibition underscored the resilience, dynamism, and strategic growth of Qatar’s real estate sector.

Under the overarching theme “Shaping the Future of Real Estate”, Cityscape Qatar 2025 drew more than 15,000 attendees and featured over 70 developers, showcasing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects poised to define the nation’s urban landscape. The event acted as a pivotal platform for dialogue, deal-making, and strategic collaboration among stakeholders at every level.

The exhibition was officially inaugurated by HE the Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah al-Attiya, in the presence of dignitaries including Majed bin Abdullah al-Hogail and Khalid bin Ahmad al-Obaidli, President of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat). Leaders highlighted Qatar’s strong regulatory framework and the emerging opportunities driven by recent reforms that broaden property ownership access—especially for international investors.

A standout feature of this year’s event was the Cityscape Real Estate Investor Programme 2025, launched in partnership with Visit Qatar, designed to connect high-net-worth and institutional investors directly with Qatar’s top developers and decision-makers. Thirteen investors from nine countries, representing USD 2.5 billion in assets under management, participated in curated deal-making sessions that spotlighted Qatar’s real estate potential as a global investment hub.

Cityscape Qatar’s exhibition floor buzzed with activity as Qetaifan Projects and New Murabba joined as Diamond Sponsors, presenting visionary concepts for coastal and urban living. Other leading developers, including Qatari Diar, Barwa Real Estate, Taameer Real Estate, and United Development Company (UDC), showcased flagship projects reflecting innovation, sustainability, and quality design.

The concurrent 3rd Qatar Real Estate Forum further enriched the event’s agenda, facilitating high-level discussions on emerging industry trends, investment and financing frameworks, PropTech adoption, and policy developments. Sessions emphasized the role of innovation in urban planning, sustainable growth, and the integration of smart technologies to support future-ready communities.

In addition to investment and development insights, Cityscape Qatar 2025 provided a platform to celebrate women’s leadership in the sector through CityscapeWIRE (Women in Real Estate), which hosted compelling sessions on human-centric design, inclusivity, and leadership in real estate innovation.

By its conclusion on 16 October, the exhibition not only exceeded expectations in attendance but also catalyzed meaningful partnerships and strategic collaborations across borders. Market confidence was palpable as stakeholders reflected on the value of shared expertise and the burgeoning role Qatar plays in shaping the future of urban living.

Cityscape Qatar 2025 reaffirmed its position as the premier real estate event in the region—an annual convergence where visionary ideas meet tangible opportunities, reinforcing Qatar’s commitment to sustainable development and to becoming a global destination for real estate investment aligned with the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.
